“Kane at least 160 billion” Tottenham reject Munich’s 99 billion offer

German Bundesliga club Bayern Munich’s desire to sign Harry Kane, 29, is not going to be easy to fulfill.

According to the UK’s Guardian on Monday, the Bavarians have offered Tottenham a £60 million ($99 million) transfer fee for Kane.

However, Tottenham is not willing to accept the offer. It will take at least £100 million to convince Spurs and get the deal done.

Kane’s contract with Spurs expires in 2024.

The possibility of Kane leaving the club in the summer transfer window has been raised as the club could lose him for nothing if he does not re-sign. Bayern Munich, Real Madrid of the Spanish Primera Liga and Tottenham Hotspur of the English Premier League are among the clubs reportedly interested in signing Kane.

Bayern Munich are in need of a frontline striker in the summer transfer window and have identified Kane as a target. Coach Thomas Tuchel is reportedly a big fan of Kane.

Germany’s Bild recently reported that Bayern Munich sporting director Christian Falk has been in direct contact with 토토사이트 Kane over the past week and has opened formal transfer talks.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is prepared to risk losing Kane on a free transfer unless he receives a bid in excess of £100 million.

And even if that fee is met, there’s a catch. Levy will not sell Kane to an English Premier League team. That’s why Manchester United are out of the running, while Real Madrid and Bayern Munich have been mentioned as possible destinations.

Kane, however, feels differently. English media outlets have reported that Kane could choose to stay at United if he doesn’t move to set a Premier League goalscoring record. Kane has 213 Premier League goals and is chasing Alan Shearer (260) for the all-time lead. “I hope Kane stays at Tottenham,” Tottenham flanker Emerson Royal told reporters last month.

Tottenham will continue to push for Kane’s retention, while simultaneously strengthening in the summer transfer window to prepare for next season under new manager Enze Postecoglou. They have signed Guglielmo Vicario from Empoli to replace goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, who is certain to leave the club, and Leicester City midfielder James Maddison is a priority target.
