South Korean international Baek Seung-ho (26, Jeonbuk Hyundai) is reportedly being courted by 2021-22 UEFA Europa League runners-up Rangers (Scotland).

“Jeonbuk midfielder Baek Seung-ho could sign for Rangers,” according to SPFL (Scottish Professional Football League) Transfer on August 9 (Korea time). Scotland are ranked ninth in the 2023-24 European League and Rangers are 29th in the European Club Rankings.
